REACHWARM
Terms of use
These terms describe the responsibilities that accompany use of the Reachwarm service.
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Your account and workspace
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and access only workspaces you are authorised to use. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Workspace administrators are responsible for membership, settings and activity they authorise. Report suspected unauthorised access through our contact page.
Research is evidence, not a guarantee
Reachwarm helps organise targeting, research, contact candidates and outreach. Public sources can be incomplete or out of date. Inferences, identity confidence and email checks are distinct signals; none guarantees mailbox ownership, delivery, consent, interest, replies, meetings or revenue. Review information and messages before acting on them.
Your content and outreach
You retain your rights in content you supply and authorise the processing needed to provide the requested service. You are responsible for having appropriate rights and a lawful basis to upload information, research individuals and send messages. Honour opt-outs, suppression requirements, applicable privacy and electronic-marketing rules, and your email provider’s requirements. Do not use the service for deception, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, unsolicited bulk abuse or sensitive personal-data targeting.
Plans, usage and payments
Applicable prices, currency, included usage, billing periods and purchase conditions are shown in the plan selection or checkout. Paid plans and optional top-ups are accounted for at workspace level. A payment must be confirmed before paid usage is granted. Review the terms shown for a recurring purchase before authorising it. Request help with cancellation, an incorrect charge, a refund or a payment dispute through Billing or our contact page. Any refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law remains available.
Usage estimates describe the work being authorised. Unused reservations are released when an operation settles under the service’s usage rules. A paid operation does not guarantee that a matching company, employee or deliverable email will be found.
Acceptable use and service protection
Do not bypass access controls, misuse another party’s credentials, probe private networks, overwhelm the service, or attempt to extract data you are not authorised to access. Access may be restricted or suspended to address abuse, security incidents, unpaid charges or material violations. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Availability and third-party services
Features may depend on configured infrastructure, public-source availability, model endpoints, email services and payment processors. Interruptions and changes in those services can affect results. No uninterrupted availability or particular commercial outcome is promised unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
Ending use and handling records
You can stop running campaigns and stop using the service. Contact us for account-closure or data-removal requests. Removing a discovery does not itself erase sent messages, payment records, suppression entries or audit history. Retention and requests are described in the Privacy notice.
Rights, disputes and updates
Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise a service or billing dispute through our contact page with the relevant reference and details. Any separately agreed commercial terms remain applicable. Updates will be reflected by the date on this page; material changes should be communicated as required by applicable law.
